The best influencers from Hamburg
Led by Caroline Daur, Juan Bergman, Gzuz, Chris Tall and Steffen Henssler.
1Gzuz
Gzuz belongs to Hamburg’s 187 Strassenbande and has taken six solo albums to number one, most recently “Scherbenhaus” in 2025. His 2026 European tour ran from Vienna to Hanover, and since 2025 he has hosted the podcast “Kämpfer & König” with MMA fighter Christian Eckerlin.
2Chris Tall
Chris Tall is a stand-up comedian who played to 34,000 people at the Volksparkstadion in June 2025 — a home game in both senses, since HSV has been part of his life since childhood. He has since written a book about the club as well. On stage he tours with “Keep Laughing”, on television he appears on ProSieben.

3Steffen Henssler
Before Steffen Henssler became a television chef, he boxed in the cellar of the Reeperbahn pub “Zur Ritze” in the early nineties and fought four amateur bouts. “The Kiez made me successful,” runs the title of one episode of his podcast. Since the 2011/12 season he has also catered the platinum lounge at HSV’s Volksparkstadion.
4Rashid Hamid
Rashid Hamid trained as a geriatric nurse and has run a home-care service in the Bergedorf district since 2021. He turns his working day into short, often comic scenes and long portraits of individual residents, right up to trips taken together. In 2025 he received the Deutscher Dialogpreis for social engagement, and Rowohlt has published two of his books.
5Joi Bella
Joi Bella films short POV sketches in her own flat, playing everyday life large, often together with her husband; a renovation has been running alongside as its own thread for months. Since spring 2026 she has co-hosted the podcast “Kaffee & Kater” with Malika Babel.
6Arielle
In the recurring series “Didi & Kalle” Arielle re-enacts everyday scenes, and in her storytimes she lays chat logs over the picture. Alongside that she redoes her living and dining room in dopamine-decor style — and the pink hair has become the subject of its own videos.
7Dr. Maren Kemper
Dr Maren Kemper holds a doctorate in biochemistry, researched the microbiome in Hamburg and founded the supplement brand within. Her recipes aim at the same number every day: 30 grams of fibre, the German Nutrition Society’s recommendation. Her book “Der Ballaststoff-Effekt” came out in 2026.
8Sarah
Sarah has been furnishing her Hamburg house since December 2023, all 105 square metres of it, though by her own count she shows barely forty. Candlelight, bentwood chairs and flowers on the dining table make up the style she calls Modern Vintage. In 2025 she designed her own rug pattern, “Lilya”, hand-knotted in India.
9Ricarda Belmar
Ricarda Belmar rents out holiday flats with more than a hundred beds on St. Pauli and turns daily life with her guests into storytimes — tenants who vanish, luggage left in the hall. Alongside come neighbourhood tips at the weekend, the podcast “Lost & Gelackt” and a Hamburg book published in 2026.
10Claudia Obert
On Hamburg’s Stadthausbrücke Claudia Obert sells fashion and shoes, deliberately without an online shop, and she runs a champagne club of her own. At the same time she is one of the most enduring faces of German reality television, in 2026 in the third season of “The 50”.
11Jeannie Wagner
Jeannie Wagner has played football for FC St. Pauli since childhood. Today she hosts the KiKA music show “Dein Song”, commentates for DAZN and covered the 2025 Women’s Euros and the 2026 World Cup as an adidas ambassador. For ARD she also co-hosts the podcast “Alles gelogen”.
12Jodie Tapia
Jodie Tapia has written three cookbooks, and what she cooks during the week turns up as a short recipe: roasted vegetable soup, air-fryer dishes, winter baguette. With her husband she appears as Team Tapia, the name her book shop runs under as well.
13Yasmin
For six years Yasmin furnished her Hamburg house with garden and pool and showed it room by room — bright boho spaces in beige and cream, plus DIY tutorials and before-and-after conversions. In 2026 she announced she would sell it and spend six months in Marbella, where she grew up.

About Hamburg's influencer scene
A good two thousand influencers post from Hamburg, and hardly any German city spreads its reach so evenly across so many different subjects.
The top of the list is strikingly mixed: international fashion next to rap from the Reeperbahn, television comedy next to a care worker whose residents in a sports car reach more people than many lifestyle accounts. Behind them sits a broad middle layer of interiors, family, travel and health, working closely within their own districts, with posts that are made almost entirely inside the city.
For brands this means Hamburg rarely offers the one obvious name, but it does offer a voice with genuine local ties for almost any subject. So we do not sort by reach. We look at who actually lives and posts here — read from the places the posts were made and from who somebody works with on the ground — and add engagement quality and the share of advertising.
