For two years Christian Hümbs was head pastry chef at the Dolder Grand; before that he worked in three-star kitchens. He has sat on the jury of “Das große Backen” since 2013. His Sunday format is a vote on which cake comes next, and he then delivers the recipe with the full list of ingredients.

She runs a beauty studio, cooks low-calorie in Albanian and German, and documents the move into a new apartment. The account's name alludes to her husband, but the telling is hers throughout.

In 2021 Jasmin Gnu became the first German gaming YouTuber to pass a million subscribers and was named Player of the Year; the Goldene Henne followed a year later. These days she mostly films reportage: 24 hours at an alibi agency, sparring after Shaolin training, cave diving.

Dilara Tortumlu works with L’Oréal Paris, Lancôme and Maybelline, and shows make-up in a way that names every product and every step. Her biggest success on Instagram is nonetheless a 2024 reel about relationships, with no beauty in it at all. Paris is her recurring destination, her sister the companion who appears most.

Just as often the subject is eating around the menstrual cycle, from period porridge to a snack list for PMS. She bundles her recipes in an app of her own and runs workshops besides.

Four storeys, its own lift, a laundry chute. Isabelle Kade planned her house herself and has documented it since moving in, building mishaps included: that the pool was set crooked in the concrete she told just as openly as the rebuilds that worked. The question she is asked most often is about the grey-green fireplace wall.
