Since October 2024 Gennaro Formoso has run his own restaurant on Berger Straße: pizza from the stone oven by day, Italian classics next to kimchi ravioli by night. To cook along he shows cacio e pepe and his mother’s bolognese. In a second format he tastes supermarket ready-meals against each other.

As the “Amtfluencer”, Dominik Artefex re-enacts life at the public authorities — for the city of Stuttgart and the state of Hesse on commission, too. For ZDFkultur he is part of the format “Das ist also Kunst”, putting everyday dialogue into the mouths of old paintings, one recurring figure called Adalbert. Before that he was a photographer for fifteen years.

Max Coga has fought as an MMA professional for more than a decade, eleven of his wins ended by knockout. He grew up in Frankfurt’s Bahnhofsviertel, where his family has run the night bar Pik Dame for three generations and for which he will publicly stick up now and then. His posts show training camps, face-to-face appointments and whoever is next.

Delara Nasri works as a flight attendant and turns the roster into a format out of being on call, standby to Tokyo, 24 hours in New York. From every destination she brings something home. Sundays are for cooking — Persian from her Mamani’s recipes, Turkish from her mother-in-law’s in Adana.

For twelve years Stephan Pütz fought as a professional light heavyweight and took the belt in three promotions; in 2024 he ended his career with a win at the Festhalle. Today he coaches the next generation at MMA Spirit, Max Coga among them, runs the animal sanctuary Ralphy’s Ranch with his wife and rides ultra distances — some 500 kilometres across Kyushu in four stages.

Maja Hochhalter streams on Twitch and otherwise tells the story of everyday life as a couple, from cooking together to their first shared flat, which she documented from the bed makeover on. Her partner Kim Simmler appeared in the fifth season of “Princess Charming” in 2025 and shares the frame in every fifth post.

Hive, Parookaville, World Club Dome, Tomorrowland: Louisa works her way through the big electronic festivals and builds an outfit for each one. For the comedown afterwards she has her own name, “post-festival depression”. Since July 2026 she has been fitting out colorLAB in Sachsenhausen, 230 square metres for action painting.

Behind Held der Steine stands Thomas Panke, who takes the building-brick trade apart with relish: LEGO prices, the “colour plague” of certain sets, and next to them CaDA and Modbrix, which usually come off better with him. His shop in Sachsenhausen measures two metres by two, and his YouTube channel, running since 2014, has passed a million subscribers. Every video opens with “Welt, habt einen wunderbaren Tag”.
